About

About me.

I'm a Senior Full Stack Engineer and Cloud Architect in Riyadh. I design systems that hold up under real load, and I lead the teams that ship them, across healthcare, fintech and AI for more than seven years.

Most of my work is moving systems from fragile to dependable. I've migrated legacy monoliths to microservices on GCP with zero downtime, and designed GKE platforms that auto-scale from 10k to over 1M requests per second. I build event-driven back ends on Pub/Sub, provision infrastructure as code with Terraform, and treat IAM, OAuth and OWASP reviews as part of the design, not an afterthought.

Architecture only matters once it ships. As Lead Software Engineer at F Three Technologies, I led a cross-functional team of seven and set the architecture and release standards they built on; earlier, I trained more than 100 people in React and React Native. Flagship work includes Myindici, a regulated patient portal serving 250+ New Zealand medical practices, and offline-first care apps for nurses and field staff.

I also bring AI into production, from an LLM that lets security analysts query threat logs in natural language to contactless vital-sign monitoring with computer vision.
